We handle projects both large and small, from subdivision and warehouse developments to single lot rezoning applications. We design projects in house and manage the construction of buildings and improvements. Press has also successfully designed and built their own projects, including Industrial Strata buildings.

We work with our clients to determine realistic project goals and expectations. When working with Press, you will be integrated into the project from day one. We will work together allowing you to remain involved in all major decisions along the way. This way we can ensure full transparency and accountability.

We pride ourselves on the network of professional relationships we have built with our clients, municipalities, engineering and constructions trades. These connections allow us to streamline questions and get answers in a timely manner, and obtain accurate professional information as needed.

Press designs and manages all of their projects in-house, which gives them an advantage they can pass on to clients. They have a strong understanding of construction costs, and an understanding of the cost saving effect that a design can have on the financial viability of the project. This skill allows Press to integrate cost saving measures at the design stage of the project.
