Surerus Industrial Park Phase 1-3

Press Developments was hired to take this raw 90 acre site and complete all three phases of this project. All aspects of this project were overseen and handled by Press Developments from initial cost analysis, to final completion of the project. In addition, Press Developments prepared the lot prices and marketing of the subdivision for the Developer to take over.
