Taking a court order lot sale that needed remediation of the site before construction could start, and dealing with off-site issues before permits would be issued, to eventually seeing a strata warehouse successfully constructed. A 25,224 sq.ft. strata warehouse was designed and developed by Press Developments and was successfully sold out before walls were erected.
