Surerus Warehouse Retrofit

Press Developments managed the design and construction of a new single-storey office addition and the complete retrofit of an existing 30,000 sq. ft. industrial warehouse for Surerus Pipeline Inc., transforming the facility into a modern heavy equipment maintenance shop while the existing operation remained fully operational throughout construction. The completed facility was designed to support the servicing and maintenance of Surerus' fleet of heavy construction equipment and includes multiple overhead crane systems, oversized overhead doors, dedicated wash bays, high-clearance service areas, and a contemporary office addition featuring extensive glazing and modern interior finishes. From initial planning and design coordination through construction completion, Press Developments managed all phases of the project, delivering a highly functional, durable, and visually distinctive facility tailored to the client's long-term operational requirements.
